On September 25th, the 2025 China Spices, Fragrances and Cosmetics Industry Annual Conference and Fine Products Exhibition (2025CAME) was grandly held in Nanjing. This conference was themed "Technology, Brand, Progress Together". Industry-Academia Cooperation: Exquisite Expression
On the afternoon of September 26th, in order to promote technological innovation and industrial integration in the cosmetics field, as well as to enhance communication and cooperation among alumni, the "Alumni Exchange Conference" session of Beijing University of Commerce was also successfully held at this conference. This conference brought together top experts and industry leaders from both inside and outside the university. Many authoritative experts gave wonderful presentations, aiming to create a high-level platform for academic and industrial exchanges.
During the meeting, our vice president and chief technical officer, Liu Qi, delivered a wonderful speech titled "Intelligent Technology Makes Cosmetic Effects Visible". During his speech, Mr. Liu focused on the applications of four aspects: special scenario simulation, special environment simulation, real-world research, and AI algorithm assistance. He stated that by relying on dual-photon microscopic imaging, hyperspectral analysis, and 3D facial imaging systems, non-invasive quantitative detection of skin components and dynamic effect visualization can be achieved. This enables precise tracking of efficacy changes such as whitening, anti-wrinkling, and soothing. Through simulating multiple environmental scenarios (such as extreme climates and dynamic expression lines) in real-world research and combining statistics and machine learning to build a comprehensive evaluation model, the actual performance of the product under real conditions can be verified, providing scientific and scenario-based solutions for cosmetic research and effect verification.
